Customer Services Department

    Do you want to use the skills you have gained in the clinical laboratory field but would like to be involved in the growing and exciting Medical Software Industry? Fletcher Flora has been the industry leader for over 30 years and, again, was recently ranked number one in the POL market and number four in hospital labs.

    This continued, dynamic growth continues to fuel the expansion of our Customer Services organization and the need for additional Customer Support Representatives (CSRs.) and a Customer Support Manager. Do you have what is needed for these challenging positions?

    Our CSRs are responsible for:

    · Providing inbound, product-related technical support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
    · Performing ongoing education with existing customers concerning system use
    · Performing phone installations of software upgrades and Beta projects
    · Installing LIS systems, as called upon, to maintain product expertise and provide added flexibility to Customer Service resources (limited travel will be required.)

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of PC hardware, Windows OS, and local/wide area networking
  • Experienced medical technologist with understanding of clinical laboratory operations and laboratory information systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Team player

Our CSR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Day to day management of the customer support representatives
  • Management of the call queue
  • Ability to assist with customer issue resolution
  • Working closely with the manager of training and installation on customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows OS, and local/wide area networking
  • Experienced medical technologist with understanding of clinical laboratory operations and laboratory information systems is a plus
  • Experience as a lab manager or call center manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Team player
