FLETCHER-FLORA HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS INTRODUCES
FFlex eSuite™ Competitive Upgrade Promotion

ANAHEIM, CA - January 1, 2007 - Fletcher-Flora Health Care Systems, Inc. (OTC:FFLH) announced today its competitive upgrade promotion designed to launch FFlex eSuite™, its new Web-based Laboratory Information System (LIS) solution. The promotion, which begins today and ends on March 31,2007, offers laboratories with older systems not meeting their current needs up to 50 percent of their original software investment in their existing LIS towards the purchase of a new FFlex eSuite LIS.

“Many laboratories have invested heavily in laboratory information software over the years and have a difficult time justifying a much needed upgrade to newer and better technology,” explained Neal Flora, President and CEO of Fletcher-Flora Health Care Systems, Inc. “By launching this upgrade promotion, we not only hope to introduce laboratories to the advantages of the FFlex eSuite products but also to provide a way for laboratories to recoup some of their initial investment in their current legacy system.”

FFlex eSuite™ is the newest addition to Fletcher-Flora’ growing line of Web-based clinical laboratory solutions. FFlex eSuite™ is specially designed to meet the unique needs of the today’s laboratories. Among the many features of the Web-based FFlex eSuite™ LIS are comprehensive and easy-to-use patient registration and order entry, medical necessity checking, advanced beneficiary notices (ABNs) and extensive sample tracking systems. In addition, the functionality of the core LIS can be expanded using FFlex eSuite building blocks for integrated outreach, remote lab processing, satellite draw stations, and seamless connectivity to clinical instruments, printing devices, and third-party software, such as EMR, practice management and billing systems.
