Fletcher-Flora acquires Modulus Data Systems Laboratory Information System

ANAHEIM, CA, May 1, 2005 - Fletcher-Flora, Inc announced today that it has acquired Modulus Data Systems' hospital laboratory information systems division. The acquired Clinical Information System Open Architecture technology will expand the product line offering of Fletcher-Flora to include the larger hospitals, major reference laboratories and large physicians groups.

The system is built on the UNIX/Linux operating system platform, giving Fletcher-Flora customers software portability and compatibility with almost any hardware.
