Fletcher Flora Announces the Addition of GoToAssist™
Web-Based Screen-Sharing Application for Faster Customer Support
ANAHEIM, CA. – Fletcher Flora announced the addition
of GoToAssist™, Expertcity's award-winning
virtual on-site support solution, to increase the customer support department’s
ability to resolve problems quickly.
GoToAssist™ is a
secure Web-based screen-sharing application that enables companies to
support their customers and/or employees by empowering their customer
support representatives to remotely view and control their users' computers.
By connecting through the Internet or via intranets and extranets, support
reps can chat in real time with their users and quickly escalate to desktop
sharing, which features mutual mouse and keyboard control and whiteboard
capability. This combined functionality significantly reduces call backlog
and support costs by enabling support reps to resolve calls the first
time.
"We feel GoToAssist™
will be a very valuable tool in providing support to our customers,”
says Del Indelicato, Director of Customer Support at Fletcher Flora. “The
ability to remotely troubleshoot problems with the use of GoToAssist™
should allow us to resolve many of our customers’ questions quickly,
the first time they call.”
With GoToAssist™,
customer support representatives can, with just a few clicks of the mouse,
see what the end user sees and vice versa. Support reps have the flexibility
to chat with the customer in real time and send a Web page or file transfer.
The solution enables support reps to gain permission-based control of
the end user’s mouse and keyboard to show how to resolve a problem,
fill out fields, navigate through the LabPak® menus and screens, or
use applications on the network.
